The sea-view apartment, a lovely 55-square-meter cottage apartment certified Class A and located on the ground floor, is furnished in a modern style and has a living room-with a table, sofa bed and flat-screen TV-that houses in one corner an open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and waffle coffee maker. Warm, cozy and relaxing colors, such as taupe and brown, prevail in the master bedroom overlooking the private garden; the bathroom features wall-hung fixtures. Facilities include hot/cold air conditioning, bed linen and towels. You can leave your car in the residence’s parking lot without any problems.

Services

The sea-view swimming pool is about 15 meters long and includes sunbeds and umbrellas in the solarium area, as well as a lifeguard. In the immediate vicinity, the one-bedroom apartment in a small villa fits into a timeless setting, dominated by the medieval stone of the caruggi of Civezza, embellished by an environment rich in gardens and centuries-old olive trees. A few minutes away is the seaside resort of San Lorenzo al Mare, a charming village whose atmosphere evokes the nearby French Riviera and can be reached by train or from the Imperia Ovest highway exit. Agritourisms, typical restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, artisan stores, delicatessens and ice cream parlors are just minutes away. Ideal for a vacation dedicated to oneself and relaxation. The pool is open from June 17 to September 10 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Until June 30 it will be open only in the afternoon during the week, all day on weekends.
