Spread over a surface area of 45 m2 – where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room – the three-room apartment La Ginestra has a porch that can be lived in all year round thanks to a dedicated closing system; the attention to detail, the unexpected accessory and the innate elegance of the furnishings elevate the quality of living. In the living room there is the kitchen, perfectly equipped with hobs, oven, kettle, dishwasher. The living area includes a plasma TV in front of which there is a sofa bed. The single bedroom has a corner for study and work, while the double bedroom has direct access to the second garden: a true corner of peace sheltered from the world. The bathroom is equipped with suspended sanitary ware. The amenities are completed by the private parking space. The services available make the stay unparalleled: La Ginestra is in fact located within a new complex equipped with two swimming pools on staggered levels, one of which has a suspended bridge and children’s play area. There is also a spa that can only be accessed by guests of the complex. In the green common areas, the view embraces the sea and the surrounding hills, characterized by the intensive cultivation of eucalyptus. The swimming pool is open from June 11th to September 10th, from 09:30 to 19:00. The spa is always open on weekends: Saturday from 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00. In the summer period, from June 10th to September 10th, the opening is also extended to Thursday, Friday and Monday, from 16:00 to 20:00.

The area

Characterized, by an astonishing biodiversity of flora and fauna resulting from the meeting of three geographical systems (Mediterranean, Alpine, continental), Magliolo makes it possible to reach the sea in 10 minutes and at the same time to plan walks with which to reach 1,000 meters in a short time; among the most interesting hikes are the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, the Sentiero delle Terre Alte and the Via del Ferro. The municipality is home to a protected nature area; the nature-human symbiosis has allowed the proliferation of deer, hares, dormice and squirrels and the eucalyptus to grow wild, giving a unique character to the entire area. The climate is extremely mild, the village, which has a population of no more than 1,000, is traffic-free and very quiet. Restaurants offer inland Ligurian specialties. The nearest seaside resort is Pietra Ligure, with its long beaches, lively center, and numerous sports facilities. A few minutes away are jewels of the Riviera delle Palme such as Varigotti, Loano, Borgio Verezzi, and Finale Ligure.
