Perfectly renovated recently, super-equipped and ultra-modern: the vacation home Loving Alassio, in the center of the beautiful Ligurian town, a famous holiday and seaside resort on the west coast of Liguria, is a jewel of hospitality.
Located on the second floor of a building with a typical Ligurian face, it enjoys extreme proximity to the sea: thanks to the private garage available on site, it is literally possible to forget the car for the duration of your stay and decide to move only on foot. The apartment is a three-room apartment with a classic cut and is divided into a living space with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms: one with full amenities, the other a service bathroom.
The entrance leads into a hallway on the left of which is the first bathroom, the service bathroom. The impact is immediately striking: the metallic blue color of the walls, treated as if they were Venetian stucco, combined with a very particular play of light and the large planks of the light-colored parquet on the floor immediately declare the modernity of the style that imprints the entire apartment.
Confirmation comes from the living area dominated by the large leather sofa on one side and the open kitchen on the other. Very white, super-equipped, the kitchen enjoys a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, induction burners and a double oven: electric and microwave.
