From the moment of arrival, the three-room Luce di Mare apartment, spread over 70 m² amazes the visitor: from the elegant living room with antique wooden table, the view of the sea comforts the eye. The ambience of this living room is enhanced by the staircase shelves, the refined corner kitchen with oven and microwave, kettle, induction hobs and wooden splash guards, and the very comfortable sofa bed with movable cushions, accompanied by a finely inlaid carpet. The lighting in the two rooms is recessed and adjustable LEDs, so that the light can be differentiated in the two areas that house the kitchen and living area. Exiting leads to the terrace, which has two sides: one with lounge and dining area overlooking the beauty of the first hill of Alassio, the other embracing the sea, with a wow effect given by the stunning view as far as the eye can see.
