A hallway then gives access to the master bedroom, a small bedroom with two more bunk beds, and the bathroom with shower, washing machine, and heated towel rail. Wi-Fi is included from April to September. A private parking space is available for the apartment. The large 400-square-meter swimming pool designed by architect Luigi De Filippo is the centerpiece on which rest important benefits such as chaise lounges with hydromassage and poolside emotional showers. The solarium area for relaxing in complete safety and the outdoor space for refreshments complete the environment. Nearby is the multifunctional sports field for tennis and soccer. In addition to the tranquility of the Marina village, with its promenade and many restaurants, in the immediate vicinity you can enjoy the chic worldliness of Loano and the very pleasant waterfront of Ceriale; a few minutes away you can then visit splendid locations such as Borgio Verezzi, Finale Ligure, Varigotti and Noli.
