Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and spread over 45 m² on the ground floor, Serenity offers an idyllic setting and a spacious 80 m² private garden with breathtaking sea views. It is tastefully furnished in a style somewhere between modern and shabby, in a continuous alternation of white, dark green and brown. The living room has a kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, wall-hung TV, microwave, oven and dishwasher, as well as a modern dining table and sofa bed. The master bedroom offers a master bed, an additional suspended relax TV, bedside tables and a closet; a relaxation room is created in the study. The bathroom environment with sanitary ware, shower stall and washing machine completes the interior layout. Private parking space is available and, for the period from April to October, unlimited Wi-Fi. Alassio’s famous beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away, with the seafront promenade full of small restaurants and bistros, the prestigious Budello for shopping and the famous Muretto.

The pool is open from June 1 to September 30 from 9 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.
